How the Process Works
Submit Your Application
Fill out the application form below or use our Google Form. This expresses your interest in working with IVC.
Email Your Documents
Please e-mail a copy of your passport and a photo of yourself to indiavolunteercare.pondy@gmail.com. This helps us make arrangements with the Foreigner's Registration Office.
Wait for Confirmation
Once you receive confirmation that your application has been accepted, you can apply for the appropriate visa. List our sister-organization Prime Trust when asked.
Pay Your Fees
Volunteers have the option of paying the Registration Fee and Accommodation Fee ahead of time. Visit our Costs page for more information.
